What if observing your life changes it?

A particle exists in superposition — multiple possible states, all at once. The moment it’s observed, the wave function collapses into one definite reality.

This isn’t philosophy. This is physics. So here’s the question: what if your life works the same way?

Not in a “raise your vibration” way. Not “manifest your destiny.” But what if your reality is already in superposition — collapsing into outcomes shaped by patterns you’re not aware of? What if genuinely observing yourself — consistently, honestly, without flinching — changes which reality collapses into existence?

That’s the big what if.

You can’t observe what you can’t see.

Meditation helps you observe. Literature helps you observe. Therapy helps you observe. But your mind is also doing a thousand things at once — multitasking, filtering, rationalizing, telling you stories about yourself that may or may not be true.

You need something that captures your raw, unfiltered thoughts as they actually are — not as you’d carefully write them in a journal, but as you’d say them out loud when nobody’s editing.

That’s what this system does.

You talk. You think it, you say it, you hear it — and then you see it. Structured. Ordered. Reflected back to you without judgment.

The AI doesn’t analyze you. It doesn’t diagnose you. It organizes your own thoughts so you can observe them clearly. It tracks the forces pulling you forward, the forces holding you back, and the inertia keeping you where you are. Over days, weeks, months — patterns emerge that you couldn’t see from inside your own head.

The system works whether or not you care about quantum physics. You become more aware. You see your patterns. You track your progress. Things shift.

But the what if remains: maybe the observation itself is doing more than you think.

Morning. Evening. Monthly. That’s it.

Daily — one conversation in Cowork
01

Morning: Name your day

Open your daily conversation in Cowork and tell the AI what’s on your plate. It sorts your tasks into Signal (what actually moves your life forward) and Noise (necessary maintenance) — and flags when the Resistor might be driving. You start the day with clarity instead of a vague to-do list.

02

Evening: Dump your brain

Come back to the same conversation and talk about your day — voice or text, raw, unfiltered, no structure required. What happened. How you felt. What worked. What didn’t. The AI processes it into a structured entry: key themes, emotional shifts, what went to plan and what didn’t, patterns it noticed, and evidence of real change.

Monthly — new conversation
03

Monthly: See the arc

At the end of each month, start a new conversation and ask for your monthly review. The system reads all your entries and synthesizes a comprehensive picture. Progress tracking across every area of your life. Pattern analysis. Identity shift markers. An honest assessment of where you are versus where you said you wanted to be.

Not all action is progress.

You know that feeling when you’ve been “busy” all day but nothing actually moved? The system makes that visible — by separating what you’re doing from what’s driving you.

The Builder

The part of you that creates, ships, takes risks, and shows up even when it’s uncomfortable. It moves things forward. It’s the force behind every meaningful thing you’ve ever done.

The Resistor

The part that protects you. Delays. Overthinks. Avoids exposure. Finds perfectly logical reasons to stay exactly where you are. It’s not evil — it’s self-preservation. But left unobserved, it runs your life by default.

Both are you. The system doesn’t fight the Resistor — it makes it visible. Once you can see which force is driving, you can choose.

Two types of action:

Signal

Directly builds the life you want. The work that creates income, growth, deep connection, real change.

Noise

Necessary maintenance. Bills, errands, admin, groceries. It has to get done, but it doesn’t move the needle.

There’s no such thing as a “Resistor task.” What actually happens is more subtle: the Resistor makes you do Noise when you should be doing Signal. Or worse — it disguises avoidance as Signal work. You spend the whole day “preparing” to do the thing instead of doing the thing. It feels productive. Nothing moved.

Signal
Noise
Builder
Building your future. The zone.
Necessary maintenance, done efficiently.
Resistor
Right thing, wrong reason. Unsustainable.
The trap. Busy all day, nothing moved.
1

“Does this directly create growth, income, or transformation?” — Yes = Signal. No = Noise.

2

“Am I doing this because it moves me forward — or because it feels safe?” — Forward = Builder. Safe = Resistor.

3

“If I’m honest, what am I avoiding right now?” — This is the one that catches everything. The Resistor’s best trick isn’t stopping you. It’s keeping you busy with the wrong thing so you never face the real one.

Your thoughts, structured. Your patterns, visible.

Daily Entry

One file per day — your morning plan and evening brain dump in a single entry. The AI preserves your raw thoughts exactly as you said them, then adds structure: key themes, notable events, emotional tone, energy levels, what you planned vs what actually happened, Builder vs Resistor patterns, and connections to your larger trajectory.

Built during a real transformation.

I built this system during the hardest period of my life — navigating a complex custody situation, launching a company, and rebuilding my identity as a father and founder in Valencia, Spain.

I didn’t start with a framework. I started by talking into my phone every night and having AI help me make sense of it. Over 150 consecutive days, the patterns became undeniable. The structure emerged from the chaos. What began as survival journaling became a system that tracked real identity change in real time.

This isn’t theoretical. It was built under pressure, tested under pressure, and refined because I needed it to work.

Now it’s open source — because the tool that helped me shouldn’t stay locked in my Obsidian vault.

Four steps. Ten minutes. Free.

What you need: Obsidian (free, local-first notes), Claude Desktop with a Pro subscription ($20/mo — required for Cowork mode), and a dictation app for voice brain dumps. We recommend SuperWhisper ($8/mo) because recordings stay on your machine, but any speech-to-text app works. See the GitHub README for full setup instructions, including platform-specific guides for Mac and Windows.

1

Download the system from GitHub

2

Open the folder in Claude Desktop using Cowork mode

3

Say: “Help me set up my Quantum Reality Shift system”

4

Answer Claude’s questions — the system builds itself around you

Initial setup takes about an hour. After that, it’s one conversation a day — morning and evening in the same chat — plus a monthly review. That’s it.

Frequently asked questions

No. The name comes from a real physics concept — wave function collapse through observation. But the system works on a completely practical level: you observe yourself more clearly, you see your patterns, you make better choices. Whether there’s something deeper happening is the “what if” — not a requirement.

Completely. Everything lives in your local Obsidian vault on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded, stored, or shared anywhere. You own all of it.

Three things. First, structure — your entries follow a consistent framework that tracks which inner force (Builder or Resistor) is driving your actions and whether you’re doing Signal or Noise work. Second, continuity — ChatGPT doesn’t remember yesterday; this system builds a persistent picture across days, weeks, and months. Third, synthesis — monthly summaries connect dots you can’t see from inside a single conversation.

Pick up where you left off. No streaks to protect. No guilt mechanics. The system meets you where you are.

Yes. Open source under Creative Commons (CC BY 4.0). Free to use, share, and adapt. Credit appreciated.

Absolutely. The onboarding adapts to any person’s journey. Each person gets their own personalized system.

You don’t have to be. The system is designed for voice — you talk, it structures. No writing required. Think out loud, and the AI does the rest.
