2. What This Is

Quantum Reality Shift™ is a free, open-source self-reflection journaling system. It is not therapy, medical advice, counseling, or professional mental health treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical guidance.

3. Use At Your Own Risk

You use this system and any information on this website at your own risk. The creator and contributors are not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or actions you take based on using this system.

4. No Professional Relationship

Using this website or the QRS system does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional relationship between you and Adrian Muntean or any contributors.

5. Mental Health

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local crisis helpline. This tool is not equipped to provide emergency support.

6. Your Data

The QRS system runs locally on your machine. This website does not collect, store, or process any personal data beyond standard web hosting analytics. We don’t use cookies for tracking.

7. Open Source License

The QRS system is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You are free to use, share, and adapt it with attribution. See the LICENSE.md in the GitHub repository for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

The website content, design, and branding of Quantum Reality Shift are © 2026 Adrian Muntean. The open-source system files are licensed separately under CC BY 4.0.
